1. Who Can Use KORife

KORife is a community app for foreigners living in the Pyeongtaek and Osan area, South Korea. Anyone may create an account, but the community is primarily for this area.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Use a strong password and do not share your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• List illegal items in the marketplace (weapons, controlled substances, etc.)
• Spam or post the same content repeatedly
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Share another user's private information without consent

4. Marketplace Rules

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings
• All transactions are between users — KORife is not a party to any sale
• Meet in safe, public locations for exchanges
• KORife does not guarantee the quality or legality of listed items

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant KORife a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app.

6. Disclaimer

KORife is an independent community app. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Army, USFK, or any other military organization.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Reported content and users will be reviewed and acted upon as promptly as possible.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
